The lovely Sarah Smith keeps the Education boys in check but still manages to receive a sensational compliment from valued Education clients!

This compliment didn’t come via email either…

The customer called team manager, Leigh Grigaliunas, with the sole purpose of boasting about how well Sarah handled the repair of their projector. Firstly, she managed to get an out of warranty projector fixed at no charge, kept the client in the loop every step of the way and then got the projector back to the client well before expected. Amazing effort and superb feedback; well done, Sarah!
