This is just a quick email to say how delighted I am with my final Sony purchases.

I was really very happy with the time and care taken by Craig to make sure I had what I needed – he made it much easier for me than it might otherwise have been. He was willing to offer really helpful suggestions when I asked for further explanations, and I was amazed he was able to arrange for installation before Christmas!

Tom To installed it yesterday, and again let me say how pleased I was with Tom’s efforts to make everything easy for me.

Plus he was quick! He was clear in his explanations and it was fantastic not to have to clear up any mess when he left. Amazing.
