On August 11, I ordered a Samsung Blu-ray player from Dick Smith online that was in stock and ready to ship… for the next three weeks it was put on backorder, then pending, then backorder. I emailed the customer service people several times with no possible answers and telling me it would be sent out in a matter of days – that’s when they did reply to my emails.
I finally contacted Samsung direct to see if the model I ordered was available – then phoned Dick Smith who told me they had a display model they could give me but it would take another week. I cancelled my order.
That same day, August 31, I found your site!!! Ordered the same DVD player and it arrived today! Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou! I will be shopping with you again, and I will recommend you to anyone that will listen.
